Garment features: heavy-duty Polyurethane coated polyester with fully taped seams for waterproofness; a concealed, detachable hood; elastic ribbed waist, wrist and collar to keep out the cold weather; heavy-duty zippered front; two exterior zipper pockets; exterior cell phone pocket; interior pockets for personal belongings; a warm, removable fleece liner. Meets ANSI-ISEA Class 3 standard.
